I placed an order and was delivered an iPad 7 touchscreen with a defective pre-installed button. I reported it on August 18 and received a reply with some questions. I answered the questions, and then nothing. On the 19th, I requested a replacement, but since then, silence. Why? It’s not right to sell equipment and not provide a replacement.
