I received my order, but I was expecting to receive a complete screen (as I had ordered) and I just received the screen and touch panel. I had to disassemble/reassemble the different parts (camera, speaker/iron plate...). On the other hand, these disassemblies/reassemblies are not mentioned in the tutorial. In the end, no major problems and the phone is fixed.

Quality product from the manufacturer, unlike the screen I had previously ordered on another site and which broke during installation despite my precautions. I also recommend the quality of the service that answered my questions and queries.

Ordered a battery from Sosav for a Galaxy Note 10.1 edition 2014 tablet. After an exchange with the very responsive after-sales service, I was completely satisfied. Battery very easy to change, the tablet finds its autonomy.

I ordered a repair kit for the optics of my laptop plus the spatulas I never received the spatulas and it is impossible for me to reach customer service I sent an email and I have no answer I consider that there is no consideration for the customer 2 + it is very dishonest to act like this
