Delivery OK. However, the product doesn't look like it does in the installation video and, as a result, installation is much more complicated than shown (with a failed result as far as I'm concerned).

Fast delivery. I ordered an Iphone battery but the stickers didn't come with it. Too bad the site doesn't remind me.

The plastic support for the brightness sensor was missing (plastic part between the screen and the sensors). I had to dismantle it on the old screen at the risk of damaging it. But it's a replacement, I'm aware that it's not the same as the original.

Order placed on Saturday evening with chronopost express delivery option before 1pm the next day. On Sunday no parcel, no e-mail, received 2 days later. You could have specified that you don't take care of orders on Sundays, that would have saved me an extra 10€.

Hello, I received the item, quickly, in good condition, but unfortunately, it was the top microphone, to speak, that I needed!!! Error!!! And in, you do not have it in stock and impossible to find it on the net!!! :((((

Screen received on time but very disappointed that no tools were supplied.

Well presented site, well explained and simple tutorials. However, the battery doesn't seem to perform any better than my old one. I have to recharge 2 times to last a day with moderate use.

I ordered a charging connector kit for an iPhone SE. The connector received was a reconditioned used model. The charging and jack connectors had traces of wear and black marks. The stickers on the tablecloth had been ripped off and didn't fit. I fitted this set because I couldn't wait, and fortunately it was functional, which is why I gave it 3 stars. But I would have liked to have been warned at the time of purchase and that's why I took 2 off.

I'm not sure, the shipment is fast & careful, it's not my first order but the screen I received does not have the same screen size as the original (I had ordered an EOM, quality noted as identical to the manufacturer) I have black borders along my screen. SOSAV has offered me a return, but I'm afraid I'll damage the phone if I have to reassemble it, if a new screen without this defect is available.

The compatible screen is not complete, in particular the front camera is held in place by a transparent plastic form glued to the screen. This is not shown on the video, and it's not easy to remove and reattach.

The screwdriver allowed me to unscrew two screws and then damage the others ... I don't recommend tools. The tutorial is correct. As for the spare part, I'll have to wait and see.

After 3 days the power button is no longer functional I can't turn off my phone although I can still use the fingerprint recognition function.

Delivery is perfect but that's not the problem... The caps wear out at a crazy speed! In just 1 week they are already smooth on the bottom... I thought they would be exactly like the official ones but it's not the case... First and last order unfortunately.

The plus: The package was delivered really fast The minus: I had ordered a screen for iPhone 7 complete but the front camera did not work with the applications so restart and put the old one in place. If I had known I would have taken a simple screen, saving time, saving money.

I received my iPad screen adhesive, but despite a careful installation the screen does not stick very well in some places, especially at the home button. The adhesive does not seem to be very strong.

Fast and accurate service, the 2 complaints I have are: the quality of the screwdrivers in the repair kit (Triwing and Phillips), and the fact that the TRIWING Y1.5 screwdriver is not suitable for the switch (the screws are quite hard to unscrew, they were almost damaged using this screwdriver). Fortunately, I had a TRIWING Y2.0 screwdriver, but it was almost a pain.

The color of the screwdrivers does not match those used in the videos. This makes identification difficult. The quality of the plastic paddle to remove the screen is questionable

Fast and efficient service, simple and very complete video. Only small downside on the equipment sold lack of information especially for equipment at this price.

The screen was in order except that the plastic part on the screen was missing to connect the speaker with the brightness sensor. Even on the tutorial this was not stated.

I changed my fan on my switch and it is still overheating and the fan is still not turning. Faulty part? Other problem ?
