Fast and efficient PERFECT

Order placed on Tuesday, July 14 and received on July 24, the site states delivery before 2 PM, I do suspect that on a public holiday, it doesn't work but it didn't ship before Monday, which is almost a week, we are far from same-day delivery before 2 PM.... Moreover, I ordered a refurbished screen, I mistakenly thought it would be an original second-hand... I received a new non-original one so I no longer have the fingerprint reader... Lastly, I ordered the back cover of my phone on a Chinese website on July 13, it arrived at the same time as the order placed in France... I found another French site that actually ships the same day so you won't see me again and I will do the advertising that goes with it.

I ordered a battery for my phone (Huawei P30 Lite) and I can't clip it in, as the two parts (battery and phone) seem not to match. I am therefore very disappointed.

Another problem with Chronopost: despite the price, the deadline was not respected. The package stayed 2.5 days in Paris Beaugrenelle for a delivery to Convention which is 2 km (!!) only to finally be delivered at Porte de Versailles!

Order arrived on time. Except that the battery is not the model ordered. Charging sensor that is not compatible with my USA phone. No information on the site. I am returning everything. No exchange made for their mistake. And they refund me but not the shipping costs even though it was their blunder. Really incompetent. First and last time. Avoid.
