Product not available, one month of waiting instead of the 10 to 15 days claimed, too long

A very good site with a large selection of items and the troubleshooting guides are very clear. The only downside is that the shipping costs are a little too high.

The site is clear with the right products that arrive quickly but the explanations to make the repairs make it seem very simple and made me lose a touch screen. I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the products.
