Hello, indeed I am informed. The fact that there is snow I am aware, but I received other packages transiting through the same carrier and ordered on another site than yours, moreover I am not responsible for the snow either. On the site I was offered a delivery for the next day (know that the weather is predictable so you can block the delivery option before 13h), it is not respected it is up to you to make a refund to the customer and not the carrier. You are free to arrange or not with your carrier. In view of your sense of customer service, please know that I will not recommend your sites or other affiliates without resolving this incident on your part. Sincerely

Response from SOSAV
Hello, Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the snow, nor are the carriers. The tracking number of your package was sent to you and the delivery time problems were announced on the online tracking. As our customer service indicated to you, a request to the carrier was nevertheless made on your behalf but only the carrier is entitled to judge and grant a refund for not respecting the delivery time. As soon as we have the carrier's reply, our customer service will not fail to come back to you to inform you of their decision. Sincerely, The SOSav team

Response from SOSAV
Hello, As our agent told you during your exchanges with our service department, the weather conditions prevented the carriers from meeting their usual deadlines. The conditions were exceptional, so delivery delays were inevitably felt, whether in our online store or in most e-traders. Sincerely, The SOSav team

Product well packaged and arrived on time! What I regret is to IMPOSE to take the tools for this operation, because I can start to open a store since my children are used to the small bobos of their devices. So, let the customers choose this option!
