Perfect delivery time. However, the internal speaker for Z5 Compact is of very poor quality. I will have to change my phone, the sound is too weak and very bad.

I am very happy with my purchase. A Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 repaired with a minimum cost made by myself. The explanation on the website is very good.

The screen for iPhone 5 ordered was defective. Nothing serious because the support department was very responsive. On the other hand, I am not very satisfied with the exchange possibilities. Indeed, the refund does not seem to be an option and on the other hand, I am asked to pay a second time to accelerate the service. Even if this amount is reimbursed later, it bothers me... Why not simply offer a deposit without payment?
