Consequent delay in the availability of the product (WIKO phone battery) on all the sites that sell it. Regular information from SOSAV and, after a delay considered too long, Sosav offers a refund. Operation managed very quickly (2 days) but, at the same time, delivery of the batteries, information from Sosav, renewal of the order, important commercial gesture, order delivered very quickly. Bravo and thank you for having assumed your role and responsibilities so well. A rare quality these days.
