Very good responsiveness from the customer service side. Despite the fact that I had to wait 1 month after placing the order to receive the part. ( PS : Nice to put carambars to apologize )

A very professional site, quality spare parts, perfect tutorials to repair your mobile phone or game console yourself. The possibility to contact the online support. Very courteous and professional advisors who know how to adapt to the situation.

I am very satisfied, especially for the tuto that allowed me to repair myself my jack (xperia Z3 compact) however, this tuto also made me break one of my parts. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use a phone that has a vibrator, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use a vibrator that has a vibrator. It's not too expensive so I'll fix it when I have time, but I'm still a little disappointed. Thank you for these tutorials!

I received the screen to repair my phone, but it doesn't work. So I contacted customer service and they asked me to send them a picture of both sides of the screen. I am now looking for someone who can take these pictures for me, because the only camera I had was my cell phone, which is not working anymore...
