Great! There are a few steps missing (I think) towards the end of the tutorial (2 or 3 screws to unscrew) but it was logical that they had to be unscrewed. The product is changed and my phone is fixed!

Great site, very useful, but the waiting time for the ordered piece is a bit long for me. And I paid 12euro for a chronopost delivery at home...I'm still waiting for the delivery man

Very good except that chronopost does not respect the deadlines and makes me lose a morning for nothing!

I have always been well served, even a credit note that I haven't used in almost a year has been returned to me. The top of the shop for mobile phones.

I am furious, I choose to have my product delivered in a relay point, so I choose a business near me, but in reality the product is deposited in the next town (10 km away) which posed a big problem for me to recover it. I FIND THIS VERY ABNORMAL! What's the point of having the customer choose the product and then deliver it anywhere! I repeat I am furious: Message to future buyers know that you may have to go much further than expected to recover your product.
