I have received my order and I am very pleased with the service. I have been moved twice to the relay point when there was nothing, nice! Neither colissimo nor SOSAV gave me any real explanation, my request for reimbursement has been put in stanby. They even offered me a second shipment with the shipping costs at my expense. A shame! I don't know yet how long this story will last before I can be reimbursed.

It didn't solve my problem (probably the motherboard!).... but in any case we are well served. Fast and efficient....bien. I would call Sosav.fr again without any problem in case of failure. Thanks
