The items ordered are as described. Chronopost notified me of the possible withdrawal at the point of withdrawal on 18/08/2016. On 20 the point relay told me not to have the package and to return on 22/08. I was able to get the package on the 22/08. I am disappointed with the waiting time and would like an explanation. Respectful greetings

Out of 4 products ordered, 2 were not what I ordered (1 color error and 1 totally different product). Despite opening a ticket and sending a photo, no news for several days...

Response from SOSAV
Sir, For some reason, the ticket corresponding to your request has been closed... Could you simply reply to the last email you received from us? This will allow us to open the support ticket again. We will then be able to send you directly the expected parts. Sincerely yours,

Excellent. Second purchase on this site, I am very satisfied. The instructions are very clear and allow the average DIYer to work on his smartphone in good conditions.
