Perfect and fast delivery (price accordingly) but wasteful packaging: a much too large box for a small metal screwdriver and four copies of the invoice. Otherwise very good quality material.

Pitiful. I order, they inform me by email that my product is out of stock and they offer me either a refund or a credit note. I opt for a refund and I receive an email saying that they have been supplied and that my order has been shipped. This is a site to be avoided as a matter of urgency.

Response from SOSAV
Hello, You placed an order on 15/12/2015. Unfortunately, during the preparation of the order, we were out of stock. The preparer then informed you by email. However, that same day, our restocking was delivered to us. The order preparer therefore finalized your order for shipment the same day. Your refund request was made on 16/12, the next day. Sincerely, Frédéric
