It's a pity to pay 3 shipping costs when the ordered antenna cable doesn't even weigh 1 gram. I would have been able to send it in a simple envelope directly to my home (and would have been worth the 5 th star)

Response from SOSAV
Hello, Thank you for leaving a Review. However, after checking, your request was for an exchange, following an order error. You will certainly understand that the exchange can only be ensured upon receipt of the battery, which, according to the email exchanges, you have been offered. The exchange was not refused. In addition, you indicated that you wanted a second battery, but also that you urgently needed these elements. The advisor has therefore proposed to place a new order, and in parallel, to return the model purchased by mistake, which will be refunded upon receipt. Sincerely, Frédéric

The product is perfect and the shipping is fast BUT the price increase is not justified in my opinion and the shipping costs are really excessive. The competing sites offer the same products with your old prices more than interesting...

No warning that my package has arrived at its destination, a delivery not registered on my sosav account. I do not put below 3 stars not to kill the average of the site.
