Very good product, fast delivery.

Screen to be broken! On hold since last Tuesday. Telephone switchboard inaccessible for over a week! I got an email following my reminder by email! Telling me that it was necessary to wait for the return of the dispute with the carrier. Otherwise no other solution was proposed to me while I paid a delivery of 9 ht express 24h and that the problem does not come from me. I was very disappointed with the after sales service, although I am a loyal customer and have never had any problems with your services.

Fast shipping, well packaged package

Very good site

a clear site, and photo instructions to perform the operations. it confused me at first compared to the videos we are used to find but I quickly realized that it was much more practical and all the photos are taken to show "THE" detail that must be seen! so I will return here ... for sure! Thank you SoSav and thank you for the bomb in the package...

Very fast delivery time!

# Delivery: 5/5 Once the transfer was made, the delivery was fast (48h). The tracking of the order is well detailed with relevant notifications by email. The packaging is neat with even a small surprise taste. # Battery: 5/5 Conforms and performs well. # The tool kit: 4/5 To reassure future users: - the nylon spatula is amply resistant since you don't have to force it, just move it sideways without having to force it too much. - I was worried about the suction cup but it does the job very well, no need for the higher range. - the screwdrivers: one of the three is useless for the battery replacement. - I was worried about the suction cup but it does the job very well, no need for a higher range. the screwdrivers: one of the three is useless for replacing the battery. the pliers and the pick were not useful to me # Repair Guide: 4/5 - well detailed but the small downside is that it lacks a little information to reassemble his iPhone. I had to repeat this step three times to make sure it was connected properly. # Useful info: My iPhone didn't turn back on right away. I thought I hadn't reconnected the screen properly, or that the battery was not properly charged. When I connected it to iTunes, I saw that it was recognized as if the iPhone was activated. I clicked on the home button and the lock button for 10 sec to get the recovery mode. After that, itunes offered me to restore it and everything went back to normal. Don't forget to backup your iPhone on a computer before the operation.
