Very good service, very fast. I realized that I had ordered the wrong battery: Iphone 5 instead of 5C. I have since recommended the right battery to you, but I did not find on the sqite if it was possible to return the iphone 5 battery that I do not need (inactive link). I'm using this inquiry to ask you the process to follow.

Upon receipt, complete iPhone screen very well packed, but problem on the order. Error on one of the components. They sent me a component that was not ordered instead of the one I wanted. But perfect customer service, quick response and error rectified. Thank you SOSAV.

The product is as requested and was delivered quickly. However, it is a pity that you still have to go and collect the product from the post office for the delivery costs. For this price it should be delivered to your home by post.
