I received my package today unfortunately the color is not the right one. I ordered a beige I received a string and on top of that I am going on vacation next week so by the time to make the exchange I think I will never receive my package before the date of my vacation. I am very disappointed.

Product arrived quickly and well packaged. The anti-UV cap Loïck Peyron "Happy" with neck protection is well designed and of good quality. No doubt the anti-UV material does its job. However, disappointed by the promise of infrared protection. It's a real pressure cooker that doesn't perform better, or even worse, than a cotton cap as it retains the body heat produced by the head. A side ventilation might help reduce discomfort.

Thank you for your feedback. Our hats are all micro-perforated, which allows them to be breathable. Moreover, the fact that the material is anti-infrared repels heat. Thus, if you had worn another hat, you would surely have sweated even more. Our hats do not prevent sweating (no hat can do that) but you sweat less under a Soway hat than under another, for the reasons explained above.

Still as effective but less pleasant to wear with the change of adjustment system for the head (elastic with velcro), impossible to adjust, requires a stitch, uncomfortable at the forehead and finally the hat does not stay in place. Hence the drop from 5/5 to 3/5.

However, I must clarify something.
Our hats are anti-infrared (they repel heat), micro-perforated (they breathe) and it is 10 degrees cooler under our hats than outside. This does not mean that in strong heat, you will not sweat, no hat can make that promise. However, you sweat less under a Soway hat than under another non-anti-infrared hat.

The main quality of our hats is their great lightness (70 grams on average), while being ultra protective (UPF 50+), hence the fragile appearance they may have. The UV hats available on the market are very heavy (you get hot wearing them) but do not seem fragile...

Perfect hat, although a bit small. However, the plastic attachment that holds the string under the chin is irreparably broken after a month. The spring is too strong or the plastic too fragile, but this spring has dug into the plastic to the point of making a hole and coming out.
