I bought two, one in a store and one online. As for the cap, if the depth of the crown were greater, the cap would fit better because even adjusting it with the wind, it slips off my head. I therefore sewed two cords to hold it in place; for a cap, it's not very elegant. That said, it might just be my head that doesn't fit. Best regards

Very good product, nice finish and good protection. The flaps protect the ears well. The cap is so light that you need to use the chin strap in case of wind! A bit expensive maybe? I also plan to get the classic cap. I recommend. I recommend.

The hat seems very fragile, and I bought it so expensively that I'm not sure I made a good purchase. Haven't tested the "thermal insulating" side since it's winter.

Hello Madam,

The main quality of our hats is their great lightness (70 grams on average), while being ultra protective (UPF 50+), hence the fragile appearance they may have. The UV hats available on the market are very heavy (you get hot wearing them) but do not seem fragile...
Rest assured, our hats are all tear-proof!

The shipping time was too long (+3 weeks) and the shipping costs were too high (15 Eur for Belgium). Regarding the hat itself, I still need to see how it performs in use. I find its price generally high.

I sincerely apologize, indeed, shipments to Belgium made by the Delivengo service of La Poste are facing difficulties at the moment. Your hat was deposited at La Poste immediately after we received the order.
As for the price, our hats are entry-level in millinery where the majority of hats have higher prices.
