Light, well-covering and flexible. However, it does get quite hot under the hat and it would be good to find a way to block the slider that allows shortening the strap as it has come out twice already and is difficult to put back.

Thank you for this advice regarding the slider, we will think of a trick!
I would like to respond to your comment about the heat under the hat. Our hats are anti-infrared and it is 10 degrees cooler under them than outside, whereas with a cotton or nylon hat, it is warmer under the hat than outside. If it is very hot, it will therefore be hot under the hat, but less than under another hat :-).

Hello Madam,
I am really sorry if you experienced a delivery delay.
Normally, if the hat is ordered on a Monday, the customer receives it on Wednesday (90% of the time) or Thursday at the latest.

We are very happy with our hats. Nice and very easy to flatten for transport in luggage, easily regaining its shape. However, I did not understand the use of the canna's attachment, not practical at all, unlike my husband's hat. The parasol is nice, but I would have appreciated a strap at the end of the handle, and a handle with a slightly flexible part, as the wood is hard against the shoulder (bony). But very happy, thank you.

The shipping time was too long (+3 weeks) and the shipping costs were too high (15 Eur for Belgium). Regarding the hat itself, I still need to see how it performs in use. I find its price generally high.

I sincerely apologize, indeed, shipments to Belgium made by the Delivengo service of La Poste are facing difficulties at the moment. Your hat was deposited at La Poste immediately after we received the order.
As for the price, our hats are entry-level in millinery where the majority of hats have higher prices.

Perfect hat, although a bit small. However, the plastic attachment that holds the string under the chin is irreparably broken after a month. The spring is too strong or the plastic too fragile, but this spring has dug into the plastic to the point of making a hole and coming out.
