In line with my expectations

Very good, within the deadlines Just the foil stabilizer which is not nice..

Some small hardware elements were not well organized... box half open upon receipt... so 2 out of the 4 hardware elements fell out of the box..

I noticed as soon as I received the air bubbles on the underside of the board unfortunately. Otherwise, the customer service is great!

No reaction to my email......

The board is delivered without the screws for fixing to the foil...

Pump board 85 that cracks during the pumping of its first water launch

My order came very delayed. The Board is heavier than advertised even with the +-10%. My board has scratches out of the box, they said it does not impact the performance. Overall not a nice experience.

Satisfied with the product but color not respected.

After buying a complete paddle kit, the pump broke immediately on the first use with a paddle that was half inflated! Customer service initially asks for the paddle's serial number, etc., but does not respond anymore despite several emails, so the paddle is unusable (pump made in China). Let's hope the paddle has no issues because they do not respond after purchase!

Satisfied with my choice. However, it's a shame that the pad was already detached when I opened the package. Customer service contacted for 1 week and still no response ...

Delivery chaotic but product OK

When I received my SUP Alpha Fusion, I noticed visual defects in the quality of manufacture: - gap between the strips of the Pad - valve coming off - many traces of glue not very reassuring about the workmanship - pump whistling a lot What disillusionment especially since I expected a quality product as mentioned on their website: "The SROKA quality pledge Our goal is to offer you an exceptional paddle board with - A unique design with impeccable quality - ... Every SROKA product has been developed, tested and approved by Bruno SROKA (3 x World Kitesurfing Champion and Adventurer) and his team. He makes it a point of honor to ensure that each product is top-of-the-range, easy to use, of impeccable quality and comfort, and durable over time." I immediately e-mailed Sroka Shop, who didn't call me back and whom I had trouble reaching. In addition to photos, I sent a video to prove all the defects. When I called back, no one had read my e-mail and I was given a totally lunar speech to the effect that this was normal because all SUPs were hand-built and all pumps whistled. After my insistence, the manager offered to send the SUP back to his store, at my expense of course, for a refund. Since I've lost confidence in this company, I'd rather keep the SUP (too bad for me ) as I'd have had to spend even more time and money on return transport (there's no return form, no dedicated carrier) and possible surprises from Sroka for the refund. I'll see how the SUP performs on the water and over time. Conclusion: Non-existent sales contact and after-sales service, a small company that has difficulty managing the quality of its Chinese supplier, which means random quality and marketing on the website and social networks that are out of touch with reality.

Very good contact, it's a shame that the paddle model I was originally interested in and given as available was in fact no longer available. The one recommended seems very close to the one I already have... It's a shame.

Happy with my purchase. On the other hand, I hadn't noticed that it was equipped with a US spoiler, and I find this system impractical and rather constraining to attach. It's the only thing I'm a little disappointed about, but I'll have to wait and see.

... I still haven't received the foil bag that was delivered... in 2 installments... some time ago... I even have the feeling from receiving this inquiry e-mail ... that you seem to consider this order sold out. (having said that, there is no urgency).

I await your reply concerning the 2-year warranty extension.

Sroka, it rocks! I bought a second paddle for my son, who is now of sailing age. For his first, I chose the 1st price and I have to say that the quality is spot on. I'm in the Bay of Saint Malo, which is pretty lively, and he quickly got the hang of his board. Well, he's got a great daddy coach hahaha, but without the right equipment, it wouldn't have been the case. On the other hand, I'd advise against using the kit's first-price paddle, as the attachment broke on the first outing.

Very happy, but I'm disappointed not to have the foil protectors when it's mounted for transport, is there any way to get one for not too expensive, thank you in advance.

I ordered the stab shim pack. I've only been using the 2-degree positive shim on the 180 stab for 3 months. I weigh 61kg. The shim is of good quality but I think it's a shame to have to buy 50€ of shims to use only one.

This is a small company that makes excellent technical products. The marketing would win and could be improved for long term success.

I weigh 60kg and I am a beginner in wingfoil. I bought the Sroka skyrider 57 pack (105L), s-foil 1750, wing 4m2. The 4m2 allows to sail comfortably from 15 knots well established for someone who does not master perfectly the pumping. The foil is of good quality, the 1750 wing is very buoyant (maybe too much considering my weight) and stable, ideal for beginners. The mast of the foil accumulates water (I don't know if it's a problem but I point it out). The board works well on the keys and does not stick to the water. No problem to take off with it either. It seems sturdy. I am satisfied. Sroka's service is excellent and for that alone it's worth buying from them. I had a problem with the screws that was quickly solved thanks to their service. Also, don't hesitate to call them for technical advice on navigation or anything else, they are passionate and will answer you with pleasure. Thank you Bruno and Tristan for your work.

I really liked the relationship of the person by chat even if in the end in salesman agree Sroka me diy that I should not have taken this model... In short, it goes forward but not sure that the next one will be from this brand...
