And how can we know the length, the diameter of screws when all brands use different screws and sizes? Some use 6 mm screws, others 8 mm, some have made 7 mm screws for depth, some use 25, 20 and surely others. So the screws are part of the foil and not of the board. Thank you for your understanding. Hello Sir. Thank you for your feedback. As mentioned in our email, we have changed the way we apply the grip to the board in order to improve its appearance. This process was carried out without prior testing on a prototype in order to meet delivery deadlines. Unfortunately, this new technique has slightly increased the weight of the board. We apologized for this in our email and explained the reason to all our customers. Now, your board is indeed 13% heavier, which is 3% more than the stated tolerance. This means your board is 50 grams heavier. I'm not sure that 50 grams on a board will make much difference to your performance on the water. Furthermore, in an email dated November 13, 2025, at 2:11 PM, we offered you an exchange for a refund. To date, we have not yet received a response from you. Sroka, it rocks! I bought a second paddle for my son, who is now of sailing age. For his first, I chose the 1st price and I have to say that the quality is spot on. I'm in the Bay of Saint Malo, which is pretty lively, and he quickly got the hang of his board. Well, he's got a great daddy coach hahaha, but without the right equipment, it wouldn't have been the case. On the other hand, I'd advise against using the kit's first-price paddle, as the attachment broke on the first outing.

I ordered the stab shim pack. I've only been using the 2-degree positive shim on the 180 stab for 3 months. I weigh 61kg. The shim is of good quality but I think it's a shame to have to buy 50€ of shims to use only one.

I weigh 60kg and I am a beginner in wingfoil. I bought the Sroka skyrider 57 pack (105L), s-foil 1750, wing 4m2. The 4m2 allows to sail comfortably from 15 knots well established for someone who does not master perfectly the pumping. The foil is of good quality, the 1750 wing is very buoyant (maybe too much considering my weight) and stable, ideal for beginners. The mast of the foil accumulates water (I don't know if it's a problem but I point it out). The board works well on the keys and does not stick to the water. No problem to take off with it either. It seems sturdy. I am satisfied. Sroka's service is excellent and for that alone it's worth buying from them. I had a problem with the screws that was quickly solved thanks to their service. Also, don't hesitate to call them for technical advice on navigation or anything else, they are passionate and will answer you with pleasure. Thank you Bruno and Tristan for your work.

I would just like to clarify, when you say non-conforming board, there is only a very small trace of glue at a place near the handle of portage (almost imperfect under the handle Neoprene portage) For information, the boards are made by hand by workers (men and women who like us are not machines) and therefore they sometimes happen to them as to all of us not to have paid perfect attention to erase a small trace of glue at the handle. This small trace of glue does not make this product non-compliant. Moreover, by scraping lightly with the scraper of a sponge, this trace of glue will go easily. We expect you to contact us as soon as possible. I remind you that we are reachable by phone every day from Monday to Friday from 9:10 am to 6 pm non stop.

Moreover we produce the boards in France so it means that we have totally the capacity to take care of the repair of your board. Indeed if we are not informed that you had a problem on this board of 2020, I cannot answer your request. This repair would have been free for you if you had contacted us. About your unmountable foil, we remind you that on the user manual it is clearly indicated in Bold, that you have to dismantle and rinse your foil after each session. Indeed on the 2020 foil, if you have not disassembled your foil over a long period, disassembly is impossible. That's why in 2021, we have completely changed the foil connection to avoid this type of problem. We remind you that we are available every day of the week from Monday to Friday from 9:10am to 6pm by phone, chat and email if necessary.
