Some small hardware elements were not well organized... box half open upon receipt... so 2 out of the 4 hardware elements fell out of the box..

Please contact customer service at 0298325369. The box was well packed on our side. But the carriers sometimes mishandle packages during the summer. We will pass the information on to the carrier.
