The product is fine, with the exception of the fin housings: once fitted and screwed on, the fins move sideways in the housings.

Purchase of a SUP show model. Arrived quickly, and when I unpacked it, it felt like a new one! Very happy with the product! (Ocean Walker 10.4)

The item received was as ordered and in good condition. On the other hand, the package was completely ripped open and the parts inside could be seen, roughly rescotched. Fin protruding and therefore slightly damaged.
