There are a number of areas for improvement: - Read customer emails more carefully - Be more reactive in offering a refund solution in the case of coupons not being taken into account during the purchase procedure due to the site's lack of clarity - The bane added to the awning was made with a sort of useless pleat/bead that will accumulate pollution contained in the precipitation - A sort of black rubber cable was added to the top hem that serves no purpose, Overall, although a first order went much better, this one was a disaster.

Ordered a made-to-measure awning fabric: price, quality of fabric, dimensions, finish, delivery time: nothing to complain about. If need be, I would recommend this site without hesitation. My only regret is the very mediocre service provided by the carrier (parcel placed in front of the door without even a ring of the doorbell to warn you that it was coming).
