I didn't get exactly what I ordered.

Product description on the webshop not precise enough for my purchase

After searching prices on facts!!! Not cool. I will never order again.

My first order and disappointing experience. It is not related to the merchandise. It is about the fact that shipping costs higher than those announced on the site were charged to me (CHF 12.- instead of CHF 4.-, for a Priority package and merchandise value over CHF 80.-) Such a business practice is undoubtedly illegal, but for the sake of time and peace I will not waste time claiming the difference. Too bad!

It was mentioned 'ffp2 masks' and I received 'surgical masks' :(

I was satisfied with my order, delivery on time. One remark, after my order I sent you an email to know the delivery time: you only replied simply with a screenshot (where the date was). I expected a company to communicate better with its customers. Best regards

I returned the linen at 9 am and by the end of the morning, they wanted to charge me fees for non-return. I had to send a message to the contact person for them to intervene. This mainly comes from the management of the return.

"Average, a correct experience but some services need improvement". The points for improvement that I can see: - 3 days to ship the package while the product was in stock and displayed as "Shipped today at 4 PM" (I ordered around 11 AM on Thursday 2). I had to follow up once with the site (on the 3rd), which did not bother to respond. Second follow-up on Monday morning (6/01), then the package was shipped. Not really any apologies or commercial gesture from the site. - No form of protection in the package: the product box was directly placed in a plastic bag. - Invoice not attached (it can be printed from your customer area, OK) - Warranty extension process +1 and +2 years to be done by oneself (via postal mail...), while we subscribed to the "extension pack". Positive points: very interesting prices, reliable site, fast delivery (shipped from France), free accessories, a lot of choice of consumables on the site.

Your distribution point, we are not sure. We regularly receive contradictory emails.

Order and delivery very good. One of the electrodes received was not very sturdy.

The manual is not perfect... example of a problem: where to place the electrodes for P8??? .... I could mention others... to be improved!!!

The concept is good and practical. Ordering online is easy and clear. But the sheets are not of very good quality, sometimes torn or stained, and we once had an error in the supply.

I received my order (Compex Electrostimulator) but when I requested the missing manual in the package, it was sent to me in digital format as a PDF (not very convenient to have to print it in A4 format)

Unless I am mistaken, I had requested that the package be delivered to my workplace. Unfortunately, it was delivered to my home (billing address). As for the contents of the package, I am happy. Best regards

Following my order, the different parties involved each time forgot to ship my package, if I hadn't made a phone call to see where it was, I still wouldn't have my package today. My package, which eventually arrived a week late.

The ordered device arrived in a neutral box, not the brand's, and the various components were loose unlike the same device I bought 3 years ago from the manufacturer supplier. The received device is in good condition but it is still surprising!

I ordered twice because I forgot an item, and all my items arrived in the same package, but I was charged shipping fees for the second order which was in the same box. Moreover, I had a discount voucher, and it was not taken into account for my second order. I find this procedure regrettable.

Good but not precise enough on the advice: targeted medical use, recovery, sport, Compex simultaneously with sport.

The first belt did not work which can happen but I had to return it at my expense. I was promised in compensation to be given a set of patches. Not seeing the replacement belt return, I had to call the site, so they did resend my product but without the promised patches (electrodes) and moreover in the first package there was a missing extension that was supposed to be included still absent in the second shipment. To top it all off, we are in France and the manual is in English. So not happy at all

Fast delivery. Poor after-sales service, despite 2 calls and an email, no response from them regarding missing products at delivery.

The package was compliant, no issues with the product. But the delivery, which was announced within 3 working days, arrived after a week.

Complex elite sport ok but offer with gel and electrodes, the 25 euros gift from the offer was not received

Following my order made at the end of May, I realize that the product sent to me did not come from the company Electrostimulateur.ch in Switzerland as expected but from a company located in France. I contact Electrostimulateur.ch about this and mention that the status of my order remains in delivery. I legitimately explain the problem by saying that I cannot be subject to their shipping fee because the product did not go from Switzerland to France but from France to France, it is not PostPac international that handled the shipment but simply Colissimo France metropolitan which does not respect at all what is stated on the site. Hello, I am extremely happy with this device, the delivery was very fast, however, the package was left in front of my door all weekend, I could have had it stolen at any moment. At the price of this device, I find this negligence worth mentioning.

Maybe with the photos of the cables I'm disappointed there are too many wires

It lacks the essentials what are the programs and what do they do nonexistent in the manual too bad otherwise the device works well

I made 2 orders and each time a small hiccup: - 1st order: package not complete. But it was rectified quickly - 2nd order: the shipment was not made to the correct address (I have 2 addresses in the database) I don't know what a next order might reserve for me as a surprise... Otherwise the merchandise is of good quality and the prices are very reasonable
