The store earns praise for reliable delivery speed and well-packaged items, with several mentions of orders arriving in excellent condition and on time. Customers highlight positive product experiences across categories, including eyewear that is lightweight and comfortable with well-fitting frames, and other items like sauces, spices, and cheese kits that meet expectations and provide good value. The customer service and shopping experience are noted through quick fulfillment and contentment with the range, quality, and practical features such as ease of use and accurate fulfillment of orders. Overall, consistent reliability, comfortable and practical products, and timely delivery emerge as the strongest strengths.
This time, my order was on hold but after asking if I should order elsewhere, it was sent immediately (masks). Given the current situation, I needed to be delivered very quickly as I have a physio practice. This was done immediately after my request. Thank you for your responsiveness!

Good follow-up of the order. Small downside, elastics a bit short on the ffp2 masks.

Excellent in every way. However, more details on product performance would be welcome, especially when there are several in the same range.

The selection of products is not very practical. I did it from my smartphone. When we are in the cart, we cannot just change the quantity we want to buy, so we have to delete and start over. The delivery was very fast! Thank you :)

Lacks a bit of information on certain details, which had to be requested by phone. Despite general conditions all in your favor putting all the risks on the customer!

Delivery time OK, packaging OK. Product compliant. I was surprised to see 9 euros in fees on my account statement that I don't remember being informed about at the time of the order.

Too bad the user manual is not also in French! I read a little English, but for this type of device, it would be wise to offer the translation in one (or more) national language(s)

The easylinge concept is very good and very easy to use. However, two downsides: stained linen, especially pillowcases (black storage stains) and each time the provider forgot some linen in the order, which is a waste of time in our organization. Too bad!

The FFP2 Masks we've ordered were of significantly poorer quality than the last command. They had the metal piece not fixed at all, and it was always coming off, making the mask really unstable on the face.

Fast delivery despite the situation with the Coronavirus. Site with good navigation. I bought the COMPEX SP4 but the manual for each program is insufficient... with the Mi cable it's hard to know how to interpret the info on the screen. Some show a bar, others do not... Even the tutorials on YouTube do not explain it.
