The quality of the product was very low, trying to contact customer service and being impossible to get a product exchange. I expected something of higher quality.

aluminum siphons, reliability?

Thank you for your kind review. I'm sure you will love your Kit. As for the reliability of aluminum siphons, we have never had any problems and we have been selling them for over 12 years. You just have to make sure that the liquid is not too hot and keep the head parts clean. We only recommend steel siphons (which are much more expensive) to customers who are going to use them very frequently, almost professionally. But for more sporadic uses, the aluminum siphon is perfect.
