Thermogroup customer service is absolutely brilliant. Following an EDF circuit breaker failure that Enedis refused to intervene on. Thermogroup didn't hesitate to supply a second boiler to remove the doubt. In the end, both boilers worked perfectly. It was indeed the circuit breaker belonging to EDF that had failed. Thanks to Thermogroup for helping us all the way.
