Hello The pump always stays on because it is a recommendation of the manufacturer Wilo to save its motor, and the electronic system allows to adjust the thrust in the heating network and optimize energy efficiency. Thermogroup customer service is absolutely brilliant. Following an EDF circuit breaker failure that Enedis refused to intervene on. Thermogroup didn't hesitate to supply a second boiler to remove the doubt. In the end, both boilers worked perfectly. It was indeed the circuit breaker belonging to EDF that had failed.
