I didn't know the company thermoGroupe but from the first contact with my contact person Mr Frédéric Galouye I quickly understood that I was dealing with a professional and a person I could trust. He explained to me everything about how the Mini Europe boiler worked, down to the smallest detail. I didn't hesitate to place my order. The parcel was dispatched very quickly, in 48 hours.

I am very pleased with thermogroup bought 2 boilers there and thought to connect them in series with a weak current thermostat but that didn't work called them and was helped by the people there very correctly and with a lot of patience. Top company there you can buy your boilers are not expensive and you are well helped if you have problems.

I bought this very simple boiler, without electronics, to replace a 35 year old electric boiler. But after a few days I had a water pressure problem that put me in safety. The after-sales service reacted immediately, with a very kind manager who took the problem seriously and solved it, as he couldn't work out where it was coming from.

A customer experience like no other! This is a really serious company whose sole aim is customer satisfaction. My first order was for a 24 Kva boiler that was too powerful for my installation. After a call, I was sent another one in 18 Kva, delivered the next day, so I wouldn't be left without heating, even before I'd placed my order.
