The thoroughness of the order, too bad one product was out of stock so it was refunded immediately. The teas are perfect, and the notes on the pack are a good help in getting the right proportions and infusions.

First order of several teas and herbal teas. I'm delighted! I also order on another website from a coffee/tea artisan. This one has also delighted me. The teas are excellent and of very high quality, I must say. And the scents are sublime! It's a pity that in some infusions natural flavours are added.... a little disappointed... on the other hand, I'm very disappointed, like other comments, that samples are not included in the package!!!! nor a thank you note. It's very cold... The other site I order from often sends me samples, which has enabled me to try other coffees or teas and order some. This site isn't exactly commercial... However, I'll be ordering again because the quality is really there.
