I've been ordering for almost a year now and have never been disappointed by the quality of the teas, rooibos, maté or infusions on offer. Even when there's been an error in an order, they've been very reactive and sent the products back to me. The samples on offer each time allow you to try things you wouldn't have chosen, and are full of pleasant surprises.

Very fast delivery. Quality products, but the labels do not assure me that I have received the product I ordered: I ordered white tea with jasmine, but the labels on the boxes do not specify that it is white tea. I don't know whether I received white tea, green tea or a mixture of the two. It's a shame.
