Very low quality fabric
Hello, I take this opportunity to notify you that I did not receive the quantity of fabric ordered. I ordered 9m and received 8.30m. Your fabric will be used to make part of the costumes for a children's show and was calculated at a minimum because the budget is very tight. If I had received 9.30m I would have given 5 stars with a thank you for the generous cut. Thank you in advance for your diligence. Best regards

Regular and loyal customer but very disappointed with this order especially the cat wipes which once sewn are all eliminated on one side impossible to offer!!!! so I have reservations about a next limited order

This does not affect their quality or use in any way, but we understand that it may be a problem if you wanted to give them as a gift.

You need to be very careful to read everything from A to Z
Usually, I always have beautiful fabrics. And here, I wanted to try a strawberry velvet and fleece fabric. But I am really disappointed with the result of the print.
I was not warned that this is a small size and I only realized it after cutting the fabric and after trying it. However, I keep the item to make a gift.
Very poorly made site for the mini washcloths, very disappointed...

Fast and careful delivery. Good quality white bias. However, out of the 10 rolls ordered, I am very disappointed with some rolls: the joints were glued edge to edge and not sewn... They need to be redone. I reported this to customer service, and received a standard response (returning the non-compliant rolls, at the risk of receiving similar ones...)

Delivery time a bit long when only 3 days were announced.
I ordered a red gingham fabric that was advertised with 10 mm squares, but they are actually only 5 mm. It does not match the one I already have and with which I have already sewn curtains. I am disappointed.
Quality products, but many problems with the website, delivery (dropped off elsewhere than the requested point) and especially the customer service Tissus Price which shirks all responsibility (we have to manage...) and turns out to be just as unpleasant on the phone as by email, as soon as there is a problem.
We understand that you are not satisfied. However, you contacted our after-sales service to request an intervention with the Colissimo company to change your pickup point, as you did not wish to go there. Unfortunately, we have no power over Colissimo's decisions.
We inform you that Colissimo reserves the right to change a customer's pickup point when it is closed or full.
They follow a regulation specific to their company, over which we have no influence.

Fast and beautiful quality of fabrics
Hello, I ordered two printed fabrics, and apparently, I did not select the right fabric, as I received burlington instead of sponge. If I made a mistake, I will keep the fabric received, but I would like to place an order for €20 with sponge this time. I asked the site for free shipping and they replied that it is free from €50 and that they cannot make this commercial gesture. I am disappointed with their response.

The fabrics are of good quality and the price is right. However, from one order to another, the colors are not the same, and as for customer service, what can I say except that it is useless, the customer is only good for buying. No consideration, no apology in case of error even though I spend an average of €2000/year at Tissus Price. And be careful because it is impossible to contact this company by phone. Moreover, delivery is long and always chargeable regardless of the order amount. I am looking to change suppliers.

Regarding the color difference, it comes from a technical adjustment of the printing machine, made to achieve a better quality output and more vibrant colors.

Disappointed because the order was canceled even though I had paid by bank transfer the day after my order (revalidated later because I made myself known) and also disappointed with the quality of the fabric which from the first wash, there were white marks on the navy blue so not very satisfied
