I ordered cotton: very good, good quality even after washing. But the faux fur: poor quality: you can see the mesh through it, it is stiff, with no shine or softness.

2 pieces out of 5 received and 3 euros in shipping fees. I find this unacceptable.
I ordered fabric pieces that were supposed to be 40x60cm. Customer service assured me that the cotton would not shrink when washed at 30°. However, the 8 pieces did shrink, despite being washed at 30° on a delicate cycle; they all lost between 3 and 5 cm in length and width. I informed customer service, but they offered me no compensation. Therefore, I now have to buy more fabric to finish my project.

The stock indicated on the site was 2m70, so I placed my order for 2m50, and in the end, there was only 2m left, so I couldn't get my order. However, I was refunded.

Very disappointed. Fragmented quantity, chosen fabric replaced by default. I gave my agreement, that's for sure, but everything was paid for. At the time of ordering, no stock shortage was reported. This is not the first time this has happened. I also believe that I will not order from you again.

I ordered wax fabric, it arrived with large stickers certifying its quality that are very difficult to peel off. I sent a complaint message and was advised to use an iron on the fabric to remove them and then wash it. I followed these instructions, the stickers came off but the glue remained, a good part of the fabric is unusable, I am very unhappy.
I had ordered a quantity greater than the stock. I was automatically given what was left in stock, which is 1m to make a jacket and another meter of a different fabric to make a blouse. Knowing that I am 1.71m tall, what am I supposed to do with this 1m?? I am very disappointed and on top of that, I received a harsh email specifying that it was my fault.
