Never disappointed with the quality products delivered quickly, a wide choice of really great products. Only small criticism is a lack of choice in haberdashery.

I only gave 4 stars because the site is quite difficult to navigate. Indeed, when I go to the proposed kits, they are never complete, you have to read the details at the bottom carefully to avoid forgetting to order the accessories... and the assembly instructions are never included in the package. For example, for the cat cuddly toy: the pacifier clip is too close to the cat, I had to take another fabric for it.

This last order is disappointing, the beige sponge is of poor quality, rough, thin while I have already ordered the same weight. Ordering during Black Friday was a mistake on my part.
