First order at Tissus-Price. There was a mix-up, I received an item twice and one was missing. The person on the phone was absolutely adorable. The missing product was resent the same day and they even offered me the product received in duplicate as compensation for the inconvenience. The products were received very quickly and are of excellent quality. I will order from them again.

Fabrics at reasonable prices

I love their fabrics, a lot of choices. However, I tried to post reviews and photos of my creations but nothing appears on the site. Customer service is available and very welcoming in the store as well.

Fast shipping and well packaged

Kits are rarely available in stores. It's a shame, I have to place an internet order instead of going directly to the store.

The quality of the fabric, the sleeping bag sewing kit lacks explanation even with the tutorial. Also include for the kit the additional items to buy (zipper, snaps....)
