Super fabrics but very poorly cut (a little care doesn't hurt) not very responsive on the preparation of the package. for info: the package tracking is useless, it is completely off track

I ordered wax fabric, it arrived with large stickers certifying its quality that are very difficult to peel off. I sent a complaint message and was advised to use an iron on the fabric to remove them and then wash it. I followed these instructions, the stickers came off but the glue remained, a good part of the fabric is unusable, I am very unhappy.

I had ordered a quantity greater than the stock. I was automatically given what was left in stock, which is 1m to make a jacket and another meter of a different fabric to make a blouse. Great fabrics, never disappointed so far

For my first order, no issues: it arrived on time (thank you La Poste). For my second order, it arrived after the deadline (6 days). Moreover, the carrier (DPD) asked me to choose a day and time for delivery, which I did. My package was supposed to be delivered between 10:20 AM and 1:20 PM. On the day, the delivery person came at 5:30 PM. In short, stuck at home all day long.

My discount voucher was not taken into account and I received a stained fabric, as if faded by the sun.

DPD offered me a delivery on Friday 8/06 between 10:40 AM and 1:45 PM. I blocked my morning to be present for the reception of my package which did not arrive in the scheduled time slot. A new delivery was scheduled for Monday in the same time slot. So I lost 2 mornings for the delivery of this package. That's a bit too much in my opinion.

Ordered Saturday afternoon, received Thursday morning. Correct. The fabric for the deck chair is damaged on two centimeters on one side (there are plastic threads sticking out of the fabric). Otherwise OK.

Some fabrics received did not match their description. Others were damaged. When contacted, customer service treated me very poorly and only offered me a €10 voucher to compensate for the loss (40€ of unusable fabric). Definitely my last order.

The fabric is advertised for very light stand decoration for this use, really disappointed.

Good quality fabrics for super. Not too many choices in large sizes.
