Great fabrics, never disappointed so far

For my first order, no issues: it arrived on time (thank you La Poste). For my second order, it arrived after the deadline (6 days). Moreover, the carrier (DPD) asked me to choose a day and time for delivery, which I did. My package was supposed to be delivered between 10:20 AM and 1:20 PM. On the day, the delivery person came at 5:30 PM. In short, stuck at home all day long.

My discount voucher was not taken into account and I received a stained fabric, as if faded by the sun.

Too bad my coupon was out of stock.

Package delivered on time. Extremely disappointed by the quality of the faux leather. Once sewn, it tears easily when pulled slightly. And the fusible interfacing does not stick.

Package received on time, ribbons ordered met my request. The only downside is that one item is missing, even though it is well noted on the invoice. Steps to be taken therefore. This aspect is really not great.

DPD offered me a delivery on Friday 8/06 between 10:40 AM and 1:45 PM. I blocked my morning to be present for the reception of my package which did not arrive in the scheduled time slot. A new delivery was scheduled for Monday in the same time slot. So I lost 2 mornings for the delivery of this package. That's a bit too much in my opinion.

I ordered elastic lace: I received an elastic fabric so thick that it cannot be called lace. Sorry. Moreover, I paid as much for shipping as for the fabric.

The honeycomb has increased by 2 euros per meter all at once 8.90 instead of 6.90 euros overnight

Wrong fabric delivered, it turns out that the correct one is out of stock. Responsive and friendly customer service but useless...

A bit disappointed by the color of the ordered fabric, which does not match the photo on the site. Otherwise, fast delivery.

Excessive transport cost, too long delay

Hello, unfortunately I no longer have tracking for my order. Indeed, I only received the waterproof fabrics but I did not get my sticky canvases and the black Burlington. Thank you for taking the necessary steps.

Ordered Saturday afternoon, received Thursday morning. Correct. The fabric for the deck chair is damaged on two centimeters on one side (there are plastic threads sticking out of the fabric). Otherwise OK.

Some products from my order were damaged. Skai full of bad creases. Very disappointed with this order. However, fast delivery.

After going to pick it up ourselves at the transport agency, several kilometers from the desired delivery location. The fireproof fabric arrived stained in several places, so it is not possible to wash it.

I was supposed to have a gift in my package as discussed with the operator, after a phone call it turns out that there is none, so very disappointed I will not order again as long as you do not honor your gifts, it was not worth wishing me a happy birthday and giving me a promo code.

Some fabrics received did not match their description. Others were damaged. When contacted, customer service treated me very poorly and only offered me a €10 voucher to compensate for the loss (40€ of unusable fabric). Definitely my last order.

The fabric is advertised for very light stand decoration for this use, really disappointed.

The fabrics are not as I thought: the gray gabardine is very fluid and thin, I expected it to be more structured like the pink one, the knit is transparent and the unicorn cotton is stiff, I thought it was a poplin Moreover, all the fabrics bleed The fuchsia gabardine and the polka dot cotton are as I expected (it's complicated when you can't touch)

Good quality fabrics for super. Not too many choices in large sizes.

Very poor quality fabrics. I ordered cotton and received plasticized fabric with a very bad smell and difficult to wash. Out of 5 different fabrics, 4 are affected by these problems. Completely disappointed.

The fabric I ordered does not resemble a pearl gray at all, really disappointed.

The fabric for sheets is too thin, to see with time. The colors are not strong. When the fabric is washed, it is difficult to recognize the right side from the wrong side. The work is still the same, be careful with the colors.

Very disappointed with the aged shiny faux leather cream effect ref: 1454060241956 in fact it has nothing of a faux leather, it looks like a satin fabric, I had chosen it to make a handbag but it won't work at all, so I will return it to you. Best regards.

Disappointed by the delivery time: urgent professional order (96 hours announced at most). Delivery completely delayed: ordered on Tuesday before 4 PM received on Wednesday afternoon at a relay point instead of at home. Many but incoherent messages to track the package. Good responsiveness from customer service, however. Otherwise, the fabrics meet my expectations.

The delay between the order and delivery is too long and the shipping costs are too high.

The delivery is well executed by the carrier but is horrifically long... order placed on the 12th, received on the 19th............ One of your competitors, Caréfil, delivers in 2 days. Order and delivery OK but the quality of a product leaves something to be desired. The black double gauze has a faded color so I am disappointed

Package arrived well. But I was disappointed by some colors (presented as matching). They are not as vibrant as in the photos and do not match at all. I took several meters, it hurts. The cotton resembling linen does not look like linen, is too thick, and its wine color lacks brightness and elegance. Fortunately, the prices are reasonable.

Poor quality fabric. Huge disappointment.

An email to customer service without response. A card payment system that got stuck (I made others during the day, so ...). A color much lighter than the photo for the jacquard and transparency for the other two fabrics, making them unusable.
