Fast delivery but package damaged. Surprised that the coupons were not at least protected by tissue paper

I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered to my home. My order was delivered to a parcel pickup point. I could have gone to pick it up if the pickup point had been located less than 320 kilometers from my home!!!! Since then I have had no news about my order.

The shipping was very fast and the package of my 8m of fabric was well protected; I admit I haven't opened the package to check the quality of the fabric because it's a gift! but I think everything will be perfect; Thank you also for the quality telephone reception and the advice given for this fabric;

First, we can receive samples, I think that's more than good. The internet is good, but you can't feel the material and the colors can change. That's a positive point. Secondly, I love the kits. They are unique. Thirdly, I visited the second site today, the site for customization. Haven't tried it yet, but it looks good. The negative point, too bad for the shipping costs.
