Very poor quality fabrics. I ordered cotton and received plasticized fabric with a very bad smell and difficult to wash. Out of 5 different fabrics, 4 are affected by these problems. Completely disappointed.
The fabric I ordered does not resemble a pearl gray at all, really disappointed.
The fabric for sheets is too thin, to see with time. The colors are not strong. When the fabric is washed, it is difficult to recognize the right side from the wrong side. The work is still the same, be careful with the colors.
Very disappointed with the aged shiny faux leather cream effect ref: 1454060241956 in fact it has nothing of a faux leather, it looks like a satin fabric, I had chosen it to make a handbag but it won't work at all, so I will return it to you. Best regards.
Disappointed by the delivery time: urgent professional order (96 hours announced at most). Delivery completely delayed: ordered on Tuesday before 4 PM received on Wednesday afternoon at a relay point instead of at home. Many but incoherent messages to track the package. Good responsiveness from customer service, however. Otherwise, the fabrics meet my expectations.
The delay between the order and delivery is too long and the shipping costs are too high.

Package arrived well. But I was disappointed by some colors (presented as matching). They are not as vibrant as in the photos and do not match at all. I took several meters, it hurts. The cotton resembling linen does not look like linen, is too thick, and its wine color lacks brightness and elegance. Fortunately, the prices are reasonable.

An email to customer service without response. A card payment system that got stuck (I made others during the day, so ...). A color much lighter than the photo for the jacquard and transparency for the other two fabrics, making them unusable.

Very beautiful fabrics, it's exactly as described. Customer service rather quick. However, for the delivery: no tracking until I contacted customer service (I had checked my inbox and spam: nothing) order not received within the deadlines (96h) allow for a margin. The possibility of ordering samples is very appreciated, we are sure of the colors and quality.
I am rather disappointed because some fabrics were stained and even after washing them, the stains do not come out. I had ordered these fabrics to make my wedding dress, I don't think we can consider making a dress with dirty and stained fabrics. It's a shame because the quality of the fabric is quite good, the issue comes from storage or the staff...
The pink/red fabric did not match the color of the photo, which is a bit of a shame, so I will have to dye it.
On the site, it was marked that there were 2 meters of fabric left, then 1 or 2 days later I receive a call saying that there was no more fabric in stock...

Regarding item M7466 it is unusable for me as I received the explanation in 3 different languages: German, English, and Spanish. I did not receive it in French. I am a beginner in sewing and I am not able to translate it. If you could send it to me in my language: FRENCH, it would indeed be more suitable
Several times it has happened that the ordered fabric is no longer in stock. Disappointed with the quality of some fabrics (or their description which does not allow for a proper assessment).
Very late delivery
I am satisfied with my order, but you absolutely need to change your delivery provider. I had a stupid subcontractor who arrived 6 hours late, and only because I complained.
Very disappointed upon receiving my package (wrong pattern) the customer service accepted my apology suggestion but I don't know if, without my proposal, a commercial gesture would have been made. For a first attempt, it was not a masterstroke.
The delivery by DPD is deplorable: 1) You have to choose a large time slot, which blocks half a day, or is straddling two half-days, then we are informed at the end of this time slot that, sorry, the delivery cannot take place that day, and that we must choose another day and another time slot So I did not receive my package 2) The pick-up points are too rare

Disappointed between the photo presentation of the product on the site and the reality after receipt.
I ordered samples beforehand before ordering my fabric, and the fabric received does not match the sample at all. I sent two messages and still have no responses. I am a professional and cannot settle for the fabric received when my clients chose the color of the sample. Please respond to me and find a solution.
It's a shame that you have to reach 69.90 euros to avoid shipping costs.
We are sorry but we have experienced price increases from our suppliers and a rise in transport costs which leads us to make price adjustments.
In order not to pass this on to our products, we have decided to impact it on the free shipping threshold which is now set at 69.90 euros.

Happy with my fabric but disappointed by a request made in fact in the order I had asked to have 3x1m instead of 3m in one piece and it was not taken into account.
