We are sorry that our customer service was unable to respond favorably to your request. However, after verification, the product you received corresponds exactly to what you ordered.
The issue mentioned concerns the thickness of the wadding, not the color. Indeed, during this period, the supplier compresses the wadding more, which can give a different impression to the touch or to the eye, although the density remains strictly identical. As specified in our previous email, this parameter unfortunately cannot be modified on our side.
Furthermore, we have not been informed of any problem regarding the color of the prints. If you have noticed an anomaly in this regard, please do not hesitate to send us photos so that we can analyze it in more detail.
If the products do not suit you, you have the option to return them. For this, we invite you to contact our customer service by email or by phone.
