The question asked by phone and then by email was answered too late (5 working days). I placed my incomplete order after 2 days. The fabric received is okay, but I don't have matching thread, so I will have to go to a haberdashery. It's a shame and a bit disappointing.

Hello, samples received well and on time despite the current situation, excellent quality fabric as well as customer service. Good value for money compared to another site in Germany where I would not be a customer due to their extremely long delivery time and higher prices, not to mention the 40 euros extra shipping fees and an unresponsive customer service by phone.
