Thank you to the after-sales service of Tissus Price. I waited more than 15 days for my package. The package was apparently lost by the carrier! After contacting the after-sales service and the immediate resending of a new package, by miracle, I received it 2 days after the initial order! Since I see that the second shipment is indeed with the carrier, I plan to refuse it for a return to Tissus Price.

I am disappointed with the fabric received, but I don't think it's Tissus Price's fault, it's obvious that I wouldn't have bought it in-store, but it's not easy to choose based on a description. The customer service was great since I can return my fabric, but the downside is at my expense, so in the end, I am losing out, paying shipping costs twice. We'll see in the future.
