Very disappointed with customer service. I called because I had no response to my email, the person from the service was very unpleasant. It was my fault for not seeing that additional sewing materials were needed to make the car organizer kits. I find it unfortunate that there is no return document and no way to do one on the site. If that existed, it would be easier and the return costs lower. I paid almost €9 in postal fees.

The burgundy muslin purchased with the burgundy polyester satin does not match the color. It is red and not burgundy. I am disappointed with the response from customer service which essentially says: after verification, everything is correct in terms of fabric and color. I will not be able to carry out the project I wanted with this combination which is ultimately not what it is supposed to be.
We understand your disappointment regarding the color difference between the burgundy muslin and the burgundy polyester satin.
Indeed, after verification, customer service confirmed that the order was compliant in terms of fabric reference and color. That being said, if the shade does not meet your expectations or is not suitable for your project, you can certainly return the product.
