The plus: the information emails for tracking the order, fast delivery despite the context. The small disappointment: ordered 50 meters of elastic and received only 49.66 meters. Preparation error reported on May 5 to customer service, we are on the 11th and I have no news. Overwhelmed customer service?

I received this order in two weeks. It's long, even during a health crisis. In my order, there was sewing thread. Some spools of thread are of mediocre quality, even though the markings on the spools are identical to each other. I am partially disappointed with this delivery.
