My order was placed on 19-04-20, and I still have no news, yet I was debited during the week!

The plus: the information emails for tracking the order, fast delivery despite the context. The small disappointment: ordered 50 meters of elastic and received only 49.66 meters. Preparation error reported on May 5 to customer service, we are on the 11th and I have no news. Overwhelmed customer service?
