At the end of my cart, 3 items were noted as gifts without conditions that I did not receive because apparently there was a minimum purchase amount mentioned in a banner on the homepage which I did not see because I arrived directly on the page with the item I was looking for. I was therefore very disappointed upon receiving my package not to see the gifts, especially since I talked about it with my friends. I am therefore questioning a future new order with you.
