Fast and compliant. Beautiful product
The quality of the products is top-notch. The delivery in rolls is a disaster because I can't carry or unroll the roll to cut it. Deliveries have become paid at home, and at pickup points, it's a disaster. It's a shame.
The canvases are too added and transparent. I understand that we want to save on packaging? But here the fabrics were too folded in a very small box which made them remain marked.
Delivery okay but the quality of the plain cotton fabrics leaves much to be desired... everything faded in the first wash and the fabric even loses more color under the iron.

Fading can sometimes occur with certain fabrics. One tip is to soak the fabric before sewing in a cold water bath with white vinegar and salt (about 1 cup of vinegar and 2 tablespoons of salt for 3 to 4 liters of water). This can help set the colors. Let it soak for several hours, then rinse in cold water before washing.
We also advise you to always do a fading test before cutting, especially for very colorful fabrics.

Very disappointed with customer service. I called because I had no response to my email, the person from the service was very unpleasant. It was my fault for not seeing that additional sewing materials were needed to make the car organizer kits. I find it unfortunate that there is no return document and no way to do one on the site. If that existed, it would be easier and the return costs lower. I paid almost €9 in postal fees.

The burgundy muslin purchased with the burgundy polyester satin does not match the color. It is red and not burgundy. I am disappointed with the response from customer service which essentially says: after verification, everything is correct in terms of fabric and color. I will not be able to carry out the project I wanted with this combination which is ultimately not what it is supposed to be.

The royal blue fabric was not cotton poplin as ordered but looked more like rayon.
Non-compliance with delivery locations. As a result, no package, it was returned. And hassle to have it shipped again.
I am a bit disappointed with the presentation of the small gloves in the kit. I have regularly ordered them, but this time, the placement of the pattern on the fabric strip does not take into account the sewing margin. In the end, the pattern is truncated of many details (animals missing parts of their legs or ears, fewer accessories). In short, what made the product interesting! The delivery was extremely delayed knowing that I always request to be delivered at home, and this time it was not the case, the delivery took place at the post office with several days of delay. But I am very happy with the products, though.
Mixed feelings

The fabric cutting was done crookedly. Fortunately, there was enough fabric to compensate.
As the cutting is done manually, it cannot be perfectly straight, we always provide a surplus of fabric to compensate for any shifts.

Very disappointed with the tutorial provided for the 2-compartment pouch.
