For delivery, it's quite acceptable, for customer service, it's the same. But for the merchandise, what a disappointment, the satin ribbon is not of first quality, it doesn't shine and the color leaves much to be desired, the fuchsia pink is really very light. Disappointed with my purchases, I can't even continue my work.

The fabrics are beautiful, almost more beautiful than on screen. A small downside on one of them: the cut is crooked and while I have 1 meter on one side, I have 0.96m on the other. Nevertheless, I am delighted with my purchase!
