The concept is very original but I am not convinced of the quality of the purchased products and I fear their condition once they have been used and washed

I am delighted with your fabrics and patterns as well as the sewing kits, but not at all with your delivery service. I was not informed of the delivery of my package and on top of that, I had to run after my package because it was not delivered where it should have been. That is why I only give 4 stars. Given the amount of my order, I would have liked the delivery person to take the time to ring the bell and have me sign the register as agreed when I placed my order, but in no case to leave it in front of the mailbox, it could have disappeared and my budget gone....

Hello; I am satisfied with the fabric of the fleece blanket which did not change in the wash, however the two pieces in canvas fabric for the apron and the toy bag have frayed a lot, I wanted to bring this to your attention. Best regards. Mrs. BACON Nadine

Regarding the apron and toy bag, it is normal for the fabric to fray if the hems are not finished, as canvas fabric is raw fabric. A finish (like an overlock or hem) helps prevent this effect during washing and use. Tissus-Price
Thank you for the speed with which you sent me a sample, which I did not keep because the fabric I am looking for is a thick white cotton to redo the cushions on a Tectona garden sofa, but maybe next time, thanks again.

Unfortunately, the package arrived 6 days late (scheduled for Thursday, September 4, available for pickup only on Wednesday, September 10) and we needed it for Saturday, September 6.
We understand your disappointment regarding the delivery delay.
Your order was indeed recorded on Friday, August 29 in the evening. We processed it as soon as we reopened on Monday, September 1 and shipped it on Tuesday, September 2. Normally, the delivery times of La Poste are 48 hours, which should have allowed for delivery before September 6.
Unfortunately, an unforeseen delay occurred during the transport by La Poste, and the package was only available for pickup on September 10. We sincerely regret this setback, but once the package was handed over to the carrier, we unfortunately no longer have control over the delivery times.
I did not receive my package, it was lost, Tissus Price does not want to refund me despite my complaints to Colissimo
We would like to confirm that your package is not lost. It is waiting for you at your pickup point, as we indicated in the email on 11/09 following the feedback from Colissimo.
According to our terms, we cannot proceed with a refund for an order that is not lost.
