Despite the special conditions related to COVID19, the Tissu Price team responded quickly to our request. The order was prepared in record time and we were able to pick up the package thanks to the establishment of a drive that respects everyone's safety. We will thus be able to make compliant masks and sell them for the benefit of an association.

The plus: the information emails for tracking the order, fast delivery despite the context. The small disappointment: ordered 50 meters of elastic and received only 49.66 meters. Preparation error reported on May 5 to customer service, we are on the 11th and I have no news. Overwhelmed customer service?

The elastic for the masks is not really mask elastic. Too bad. The mask elastic is significantly softer.

Super articles, very good quality, just a pity that we are in a lockdown period and that some fabrics are out of stock.

I received this order in two weeks. It's long, even during a health crisis. In my order, there was sewing thread. Some spools of thread are of mediocre quality, even though the markings on the spools are identical to each other. I am partially disappointed with this delivery.
