Good quality/price ratio of fabrics, fast and careful delivery, wide choice of fabrics, and the possibility of getting samples are the positive points. One downside to my satisfaction: it is not always easy to bring the entire existing range in a certain category to the screen; for example, I had a hard time finding all the available colors in felt.
